Frequently Asked Questions — Innermost Wellbeing, Strand

The easiest way to book is to send a WhatsApp message or book through the Fresha booking app. After you reach out, we will ask a few simple questions to understand what you need and guide you to the best first step.

Yes. Reneé offers an initial conversation or discovery call where appropriate — telephonically, by WhatsApp, online, or in person. For many clients, the first step is a free or introductory  Body Composition Scan, or Wellness Profile. It all depends on your specific needs.

The discovery call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. It gives us a chance to discuss what you are struggling with, what you want to achieve, and whether our studio sessions, coaching, or a hybrid approach is the right fit for you.

That is completely normal! Many clients arrive simply knowing they feel "stuck," overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies. You do not need to have the answers before you arrive; figuring out the right path forward is exactly what we are here to help you do.

We often hear clients say they feel relieved to finally have a safe space to talk, that they are tired of quick fixes, or that they just want to feel like themselves again. Whatever you are feeling, there is no judgment here.

Most enquiries receive a same-day response during business hours.

Studio sessions (Body Roll, Red Light Therapy, Pelvic Floor Chair, Rebounding, Body Composition Scans) range from 15 to 90 minutes. Coaching and breakthrough sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes. Online coaching is also available.

This depends on your goals and programme. Some clients come once a week; some come two or three times a week. Some combine studio sessions with online coaching check-ins. We will recommend a frequency that makes sense for you.

Both. In-person sessions take place at Innermost Wellbeing on Beach Road, Strand. Coaching, accountability, and certain programmes are available online. Hybrid options are also available.

Coaching helps you move forward with clarity, goals, and practical next steps. Training teaches everyday tools such as emotional regulation, stress awareness, boundaries, communication, and burnout prevention. Therapy-informed support means we work with care, safety, and respect for the whole person. Reneé’s background in industrial social work, employee wellness, trauma-informed work, and burnout support informs this approach. We stay within our scope and work with other professionals when needed.

Sessions start from R250. Combination packages and reset programmes are also available. We always recommends the most appropriate starting point.
